Qualifications:

• Scripting languages (such as R or Python) and internal dashboards may all be used to do data analysis tasks. Make recommendations based on past customers’ purchasing habits and sales data. Do research.
• Uses current information to increase performance. Best practice data is gathered and evaluated. Find more about business and process development concerns.
• With a demonstrated ability to create business outcomes with database insights, adept at leveraging massive data sets to uncover possibilities for product and process improvement and models to assess the efficacy of alternative courses of action.
• Work with the development team to suggest data-driven ideas. Use statistical and machine learning approaches on business data and challenges. Fast-paced atmosphere with various teams and consumers in an entrepreneurial company
• Manage your own process: identify and execute high-impact initiatives, assess external requests, and ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner so that the outcomes are usable.
• Model findings should be summarized. Clarifies complicated business reporting. Do what-ifs. Aware of undesirable procedures and exceptions. Predicts future issues based on existing trends. Financial and statistical data analysis.
• With a demonstrated capacity to work autonomously, this candidate has great time management abilities. Prioritizes daily chores and processes, and is able to multi-task. Completes department and individual job-related objectives on schedule and with high-quality output.
• Looks for and tries to make improvements. Risk-taking, using different methods, and learning as an organization are all encouraged. Shows through actions and words that they want to change. Helps people accept change under pressure.
• It is possible to uncover and operationalize the data’s underlying structure and linkages by using supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms. This is something that is doable.
• Additionally, you’ll establish new product growth possibilities and build momentum via influence, in addition to delivering insights on Product & Tech activities that are being conducted. Critical thinking and hands-on data analysis using SQL, R, Python, Tableau, etc. must be tempered.

Skills:

• Influence and motivation are essential skills in this position, which need high levels of diplomacy and trust. One of the most crucial aspects of this role is the ability to work well with others, both within and outside. In many jobs, you’ll interact with people from other departments and divisions, and you’ll be expected to spend a lot of time discussing and resolving problems.
• Preferable experience manipulating and analyzing huge datasets in statistical computer languages (Python, R). Preferred experience with D3.js, matplotlib, etc. A solid grasp of machine learning methods like Random Forest, SVM, k-NN, Naive Bayes, and Gradient Boosting is a plus.
• Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, Machine Comprehension, Question Answering/Conversational AI, Reinforcement Learning, Knowledge Graph, Causal Inference, and Experiment Design
• PhD in Computer Science with numerous research publications in Virtual Assistant/Natural Language Processing, or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related technical area with at least five years relevant work experience.
• You’ll need at least two years of experience in a similar role if you have a Master’s in Statistics or a similar quantitative field. Predictive modeling, exploratory data analysis, and machine learning all require analytical skills.
