Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Answers phones, directs callers to appropriate resources, or collects comprehensive and accurate messages from callers.
  • Flowcharts are created and updated on a regular basis, spreadsheets and work papers are designed, and statistical analysis is performed.
  • Authenticates the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to already existing records, updating current records, and issuing new equipment.
  • Input data into specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for future entry by reading source documents (such as canceled checks, sales reports, and invoices) with the use of keyboards or scanners.
  • The client’s income and the number of hours of care they are entitled to are computed. Clients may get proper documents to guarantee that their eligibility is not revoked at any time.

Skills:

  • One to three months of relevant experience or training, or any combination of education and experience, are required as pre-requisites in addition to a high school diploma or GED.
  • This employee must be capable of typing documents such as reports and schedules on their own computer keyboard.
