Job Description

The Customer Service Lead provides sales order and/or inventory management support to sales people, hospitals, clinics, and physicians while working autonomously and in a team environment with minimal supervision. Customer orders are processed using a variety of channels, including phone, fax, Electronic Data Interchange, and e-mail. Fills customer orders for items and services and/or provides inventory support for products and services accurately, quickly, and under unusual conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Keep up to date on changes to programme knowledge, systems, and procedures by attending meetings and trainings and reading all new training material.
  • Customers’ complaints should be sent to the relevant internal or external parties.
  • By appropriately processing emails and addressing difficulties, you can achieve first-contact resolution.
  • Document and handle customer claims accurately in the proper systems/spreadsheets.
  • Adhere to all attendance and work schedule regulations.
  • Use your knowledge base and training to provide accurate answers to client questions while adhering to all scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Comply with regulations governing the handling of confidential and personal information.
  • It’s important to process refunds or provide new products.
  • All inbound and outbound calls should be handled respectfully, quickly, and professionally.
  • Expand and strengthen the information base that already exists.

Skills:

  • Must be a self-starter capable of moving, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines independently.
  • It is vital to have a keen eye for detail, as well as good organizational and communication abilities.
  • 2+ years of experience in retail or ecommerce-related fields and companies.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and tools is required.
  • Business administration, communications, or a related subject bachelor’s degree desired.
