Qualifications:

• Create project goals and ensure product is delivered per project, client, and contract guidelines (on budget and on time).
• Manage and coordinate internal and external resources and assets that support the content strategy.
• Design with a knowledge and grasp of device capabilities, browser sizes, and product functionality.
• Maintain control over the project’s budget and schedule, and monitor and handle any deviations from the original plan.
• Organize the daily operations of digital material that reaches a large audience and generates income for the company.
• Manage content and digital assets for the site on a regular basis using a content management system and a digital asset management platform.
• Being able to articulate the plan for the project and accurately scope digital projects of all sizes is a must.
• Train several producers and associate producers across the agency in all facets of client and interactive production.
• Coordination with the art director and coders is essential to ensuring your designs are executed to the best possible standard.
• Maintain open lines of communication by reporting the team’s progress on the project’s budget, timeline, and any identified hazards.

• You need to be proactive, self-motivated, and independent.
• Always be ready to roll with the punches and adjust to the shifting project landscape.
• able to work with creative teams in collaboration and with supervision to help realize concepts.
• Possess excellent communication skills, especially when dealing with non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ experience as a digital producer, UI designer, graphic designer, or comparable role.
