Job Description

At the client level, the Media Manager is tasked for overseeing and implementing the agency’s digital media. There will be a Media Manager who is responsible for leading and managing the agency’s digital media efforts. The Media Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives, including search and display, as well as the administration and control of all 3rd party digital classifieds and lead suppliers.

  • Collect and process input from candidates throughout the hiring process; make/recommend adjustments through TA projects; and interact with leaders to promote awareness of the great candidate experience.
  • Own/manage the whole recruiting life cycle, which includes prospect research, cold and warm calling, assessment and screening, supporting applicants through the interview process, and making offers.
  • Conduct a gap analysis of the Company’s recruiting partners and procedures and find alternative agencies or ways of recruiting in order to give the greatest possible experience for our applicants and managers.
  • should have a thorough understanding of the company’s operations and be able to convey the company’s vision, mission, and values to them.
  • Creates a feedback environment that supports open discussion with leaders and HR partners. Leaders and HR partners are kept up to date on the status of the recruitment plan and have a clear picture of where things are along the road.
  • Find out about and connect with people who aren’t actively looking for work. This will help you build a pipeline of key talent that you can use right away and in the future, as well as build strong sourcing strategies that will attract top talent.
  • It is important for employers to create well-written and attractive job descriptions that are simple to comprehend and devoid of jargon.
  • Ensure that we have a solid pool of competent candidates for all of our available positions via your tireless networking efforts, innovative sourcing tactics, and ability to keep up with the newest recruiting tools and technology.
  • Candidates, hiring managers, colleagues and business partners should be nurtured in order to find the best people for the job.
  • Present candidates to hiring managers and provide detailed profile summaries; work with managers to build and negotiate compensation packages.
