The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing accounting processes as well as managing and improving the financial performance of the company. Accounting records management, risk evaluation and management, regulatory compliance, financial statement publication, accounting operations oversight, financial data analysis, expenditure monitoring, auditing process coordination, and financial information correctness are all responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• You should know how to deal with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Access.
• A CPA license is highly recommended.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field is needed. A master’s degree is strongly recommended.
• Accounts in the general ledger must be kept current and evaluated.
• The reimbursement and accounts payable processes for employees should be managed.
• The applicant must ensure that all financial reconciliations are completed on time.
• Financial statements should be prepared on a monthly basis, and cash forecasting should be monitored.
• Assisting with the organization’s cash flow estimates is required.
• Regularly monitor and analyze audits are required of the candidate.
• Examine the revenue.
