We are looking to add a highly-driven Social Media Director to our team! The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is hands on, possesses a tireless work ethic and sets an example that others want to follow. Media Directors should have extensive background in the planning, buying, executing and subsequent evaluation of media channels that are relevant to drive the client’s business KPIs with a strong focus on paid social and performance marketing.

  • Campaigns should be actively tested and tracked for traffic, delivery, and activity in order to glean insights from analytics and enhancement suggestions.
  • Conceive novel approaches and opportunities for achieving marketing objectives for clients.
  • Analyze and improve channel performance continuously to make sure it meets or exceeds goals; share findings with the larger acquisition team and marketing leadership.
  • Own the client relationship for agency and client management for digital media and related services.
  • Oversee monthly, weekly, and daily forecasting, reporting, and ROI calculations at the channel level. Manage the annual budgeting process.
  • Conversations with senior client executives should focus on coordinating the agency’s most vital resources to best serve the client and help them grow their business.
  • Lead the planning, launch, optimization, and performance measurement of an entire acquisition or performance campaign using digital channels.
  • Consistently pursue growth and improvement using performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, consumer segmentation, collaborative creativity, and optimized landing pages.
  • You can aid the group’s efforts by insisting on the highest quality and applying it swiftly to work for clients.
  • Implement engagement campaigns and initiatives that successfully generate profitable, long-term relationships with clients. Oversee the development of digital campaigns (with a major focus on paid social).


  • ability to take the lead on customer presentations both in-person and over the phone, with a heavy emphasis on quarterly business reviews.
  • Ability to plan and strategize integrated campaigns with a sponsored social focus, utilizing a variety of methods.
  • history of successfully proposing business ideas to existing and new customers.
  • Five years’ experience in the media industry, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Ability to quickly pick up and master new productivity tools in addition to expert skill with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
