Qualifications:

• Establishing a smooth top surface on freshly poured concrete floors, walls, ceilings, or pathways. Hardening and sealing chemicals are used to cure the surface of concrete.
• Equipment maintenance includes regular checks and cleaning, as well as monitoring the operation of the equipment to ensure its efficiency and safety.

Skills:

• Summertime work shifts (days and nights) and lengthy hours (70+ hours a week) are needed.
• Coworkers and supervisors must be able to communicate effectively to ensure that duties are completed appropriately in this profession.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying at least 30 pounds, and lifting up to 150 pounds with assistance.
