Greets residents and guests, answers the telephone and responds to both regular and urgent enquiries, forwards calls to the appropriate department, and does a range of clerical responsibilities relevant to the position.

Qualifications:

• Facsimile, mail, message, and package processing and notification to residents. Send faxes, mail, notes, and packages for customers.
• For the sake of their clients, companies must keep up-to-date on the latest technical breakthroughs in their industry. Consistently checks in with essential data sources to make sure they’re up to date on new information. There are plans to provide residents with eating, theatrical, and recreational opportunities.
• Help with the follow-up process after regular requests are taken care of, and be a point of contact for residents and service team members for both regular and emergency maintenance needs. If you need maintenance right away, you should call someone.
• Accidents may be eliminated and safe work practices enforced by requiring everyone to adhere to them.
• In the event that someone from your company or family or network happens to be passing through or applying for a position in the region, a sincere greeting would be appreciated. Depending on their industry, provide visitors with information about where they want to go.
• Admit authorized visitors and merchants; respond to resident questions and requests; store and distribute merchandise.
• To guarantee that every one of your visitors, residents and fellow Associates receives an exceptional first impression, build strong relationships with your coworkers.
• Assures the protection of both persons and property by investigating any suspicious behavior and by keeping an eye on security cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms.
• Aims and runs social and recreational programs for the people who live in the building, like movie nights, game nights, and other social events.
• Maintain and keep a high level for community curb appeal by performing regular inspections of all community amenities and common spaces and collaborating with the service team or other Associates to ensure that all areas are well-maintained.

Skills:

• Must have at least one year of experience in hospitality, administration, or marketing.
• A good grasp of resort activities and operations is required.
• Accuracy in adhering to established rules and standards in carrying out the activities outlined above
• While working with people, it is important to be able to follow instructions and have fun while doing so.
• Customer service, flexibility, initiative, and Microsoft Office are among the talents required for this role.
