Qualifications:

  • Check all facilities and common areas in the community on a regular basis and work with the service team or other Associates to make sure they are all well-maintained to keep the community looking good.
  • Everyone who visits the site, including suppliers, customers, and job seekers, should be greeted warmly. Discover what kind of company it is and notify the appropriate individuals about your visit(s).
  • Prevents accidents, preserves equipment, and implements safe work practices to keep the workplace safe.
  • In order to give customers with up-to-date information about services and forthcoming events, businesses must stay abreast of technological developments in the sector. Keeps in touch with key data sources on a regular basis to ensure they’re up to date on developments. Residents’ dining, theatrical, and recreational options are planned.
  • Process and inform inhabitants of the receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages, and shipments. Assist visitors in sending facsimiles, mail, notes, and parcels.
  • A team of investigators checks into any unusual activity and monitors security cameras, door alarms, fire alarms, and other safety devices to make sure that people and property are secure.
  • Responding to residents’ requests for services, handling packages, and allowing access to permitted guests and merchants are all responsibilities.
  • The staff of the community center hosts a variety of social activities for its members, including movie and game evenings.
  • Assist with the follow-up process once regular requests have been fulfilled and serve as a point of contact between residents and members of the service team for both normal and emergency repair requests. If an emergency maintenance scenario arises, call for help right once.
  • Ensure that each and every one of your visitors, residents, and fellow Associates has an unforgettable first impression by establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with you and your coworkers.

Skills:

  • A comprehension of resort operations and activities is necessary.
  • Customer service, flexibility, initiative, and Microsoft Office are among the talents required for this role.
  • Appreciate the value of cooperation and are willing to learn from others.
  • Previous work experience in the fields of hospitality, administration, or marketing is required in order to be considered for this position.
  • All of these actions are carried out in accordance with existing norms and regulations.
