The Treasury Analyst is responsible for wire desk, business support, and cash forecasting. This job will examine and monitor data from different sources and provide suggestions. This function demands the ability to build and maintain excellent team connections and act as a liaison to business divisions and external bank partners.

Qualifications:

• The cash balances in each of the company’s local and international bank accounts must be carefully controlled and monitored. This applies to both the main firm and all of the subsidiary companies.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of international banking standards and regulations in order to approve and initiate all financial transactions for the firm and its affiliates, including cryptocurrency activity.
• Focus on the identification of payment type, currency constraints, tax classifications, and needed tax paperwork while managing supplier data.
• Perform administrative tasks such as processing bank-to-bank transfers and investment activity log entries. Every day, go over the list of open things you have and search for solutions to resolve and finish addressing them. Construct the end-of-month reconciliation for the investment account.
• Complete the cash positions for the Treasury and other financial accounts held in the concentration bank, while ensuring statutory compliance within the parameters of the short-term loan arrangement and money market funds.
• Finalize Treasury and other financial accounts in concentration bank while preserving short-term loan and money market fund compliance.
• Help with basic auditing tasks and gather data for analysis to help solve problems in the financial and accounting fields. Serve as a point of contact for banking partners and functional sectors to do investigations and find solutions.
• Make sure to review the daily report of foreign currency balances and identify which of them need a hedge to be implemented. Transactions for the hedging program of the balance sheet and spot trades for operational activities in SAP and the foreign currency portal are processed in foreign exchange. Prepares and delivers the month-end FX report.
• Offer operational assistance for the loan activity that occurs between companies. This involves keeping the contracts up to date in SAP, calculating the interest rates by utilizing the tool provided by Bloomberg, and updating both the contracts and the monthly spreadsheet with the information on the rates and the balances. Accruals should be posted each month, and balances should be reconciled.
• As needed, support the issue, renewal, and repayment of inter-company notes and the payment of interest; ensuring transactions are covered and money is distributed across several custody accounts. Company notes

Skills:

• You need an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, plus up to two years of work experience in a related field. The ability to work in banking or insurance is highly valued.
• Good oral and written communication skills that show a professional attitude and the ability to deal with other people with discretion and tact. Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving ability, Confident in rapidly adapting to changing work environments and priorities Comfortable working within tight deadlines.
• Good organizational, time management, and ability to do more than one thing at once. Good at working with other people, both within the team and in other areas.
