We need experienced shift managers immediately. The successful Shift Manager will work in a team-oriented environment with the General Manager to maintain restaurant operating standards. He/she will achieve results by coaching and directing team members to meet food quality, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness expectations.

Qualifications:

  • As ordered by ownership, precisely complete all documentation involved with daily, weekly, and period-end operations. Accurately perform scheduling, ordering of food, and product estimates.
  • In order to maintain a clean, well-organized restaurant that is capable of delivering exceptional products and services, restaurant employees must follow a set of procedures every day.
  • Ensure that the workplace is safe, secure, and free from harassment or discrimination in accordance with government standards.
  • Maintains inventory and works to keep work environments neat and tidy Manages employees and acts as a mentor to them, including dealing with disciplinary and termination concerns, assuring continuing training and education, and so on.
  • Keep restaurant equipment operating. Manage finances with integrity and meet cost control objectives

  • Minimum of two (2) years in a food service management job, attaining at least Shift Manager in a restaurant, or one (1) year in a management position in a restaurant.
  • You must be a very proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven thinker. You must be an accomplished multitasker with a keen eye for detail.
  • High school graduation or equivalent is desirable, as well as one to two years of prior restaurant experience. Preference will be given to exposure to financial responsibility, Capability to plan, inspire, and develop other people
