For our expanding company, we are seeking for a Payroll Clerk. This position necessitates quick problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle many problems at once.   • Time sheets and other records are used to compile payroll information such as hours worked, time tracking, taxes, insurance, and garnishments that will be deducted, and the employee identification number (EIN).
  • Creating forms for computer input, putting data into files, or calculating wages and deductions and publishing them to payroll records are all instances of computer-related duties.
  • To guarantee accurate payroll records, update status changes, benefit deductions, tax withholdings, garnishments, child support orders, and any other involuntary deductions.
  • As needed, does routine payroll reporting and offers assistance with financial audits involving pay records and related general ledgers. Produces additional reports as needed for management.
  • Educate employees on how to use payroll-related services, such as the ability to complete timesheets online and to see pay statements.
  • Prepare paperwork for new hires and enter employee information into the payroll system.
  • Re-examine and re-work Participation with managers and workers to achieve completeness in the area of time-and-attendance tracking
  • Compile attendance, output, and pay data from employee timesheets and other records.
  • Accurately capture and submit information about the employee’s attendance and work schedules.
  • There are audits, inquiries to employees and payroll payments through payroll for employee expenditure reports.


  • 2+ years of increasing clerical or payroll experience. Working grasp of payroll practices. Clerical ability in a general sense.
  • Time management and excellent communication skills. Making modest judgements in accordance with the rules and regulations of the workplace; preserving corporate records and working effectively with both employees and prisoners are only some of the talents needed for this profession. Collaborate with a wide range of people in dynamic, ever-changing contexts.
  • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word proficiency required.
  • Enter, modify, and format both text and numerical data; insert, remove and manipulate cells and rows; build and save worksheets; as well as a variety of other types of graphs, charts, and spreadsheets.
  • Working for a large corporation for at least three years is required. You can’t go anywhere in life without excellent people and communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
