Qualifications:

  • Assist with both internal and external customers in a professional manner via telephone.
  • Aid different sections with technical issues and questions.
  • Helps the property manager with duties like rent collecting, phone support, and sending letters or reminders.
  • Manage incoming calls and route them to the correct location.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Department Manager/Supervisor.
  • Maintain a full calendar with regular engagements and complicated travel plans.
  • Maintain stock levels and place recurrent orders for consumables like paper and ink.
  • Provide direct help to upper management with a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Keep abreast of changes to the site so you can help customers who call in with questions.
  • Compiles and generates recurring technical, statistical, or financial reports that necessitate judgment in data selection and presentation (format).

Skills:

  • Ability to use standard English conventions such as capitalization, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure to ensure that all written materials are accurate, concise, and structured properly.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required, and applicants should have at least two to three years of related experience in an administrative setting.
  • a variety of styles and tactics that are suited for the audience, and the ability to communicate clearly and simply.
  • Capability to contribute productively as a team member in a team context.
  • Common software packages like Microsoft Office are utilized competently.
