Qualifications:

• As a patient advocate, a successful candidate will advocate for patients, promote quick settlement of patients’ problems, and support patients in exercising their rights.
• Throughout their shift, the staff nurse reports verbally and in writing to other staff members regarding patient status and the environment of the unit. knows how to handle a problem without resorting to violence. Knowing the rules for restriction and isolation, monitoring their proper application and rotation, and documenting in accordance with standards.
