We’re searching for motivated and experienced people who want to join a high-performing sales team. This is an office job where you will spend the most of your time on the phone with potential buyers and sellers. This position focuses on making outbound calls to follow up on different leads.

  • When required, work directly with channel partners to conduct call sessions and utilize the connections we’ve cultivated over the years.
  • Consult with the customer on lead generating methods and solutions that will fulfill their company goals.
  • Advertising, trade shows, direct mail, card decks, aged leads, dealer re-sellers, business directories, and websites all provide sources for obtaining prospective customers’ contact information.
  • Performs outbound, lead and follow-up calls to new and current customers by telephone and e-mail in order to qualify leads, sell goods and services, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Understand what the customer wants from the client’s products and/or services and help the client take the right steps to meet those needs. This includes being able to successfully implement and close identified projects and show that you know how to use the client’s product after training.
  • Find active possibilities to support their given area and sell customers on our goods by phoning prospective customers who are not expecting to be reached. This will allow them to sell consumers on our products and support their assigned region.
  • Effectively communicate tactical difficulties to team members and management, Flexible scheduling for position coverage.
  • The latest breakthroughs in network visualization, as well as current trends, businesses, and other sources of competition’s data, should be kept in mind.
  • Prospect with vigor, ensure that the leads you get are qualified, and diligently pursue them. Make appointments for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists with suitable leads, and schedule those appointments.
  • Together with regional sales managers and regional sales directors, figure out sales goals, projects, and new clients (RSDs).


  • Bachelor’s degree and one year of comparable experience or training Having the ability to comprehend common business magazines, professional journals as well as government rules and processes.
  • Fast and effective rapport-building through phone call. Excellent time management skills coupled with urgency.
  • Calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • A person should be familiar with the ERP software (Made to Manage), as well as the MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word computer programs, in order to properly execute the duties associated with this position. Learn how to read, write, and speak English.
  • Create reports, marketing materials and procedure manuals Being able to answer questions from management, consumers, and the general public while also delivering information is a must.
