Job Description

In order to create legal papers like briefs, memoranda, contracts, and other legal documents, the administrative intern must analyze and investigate legal sources such legislation, judicial decisions, legal articles, and codes.

  • To effectively communicate, one must employ a variety of effective strategies to ensure that the information being conveyed is both understandable and memorable to the recipients.
  • Assist the sales department in giving customers a great experience with the business, quality service, accurate contracts and billings, current account information, and streamlined transactions.
  • Is in charge of scanning, copying, and arranging all invoices for the business.
  • Provides excellent service to all clients; encourages teamwork; and practices economic stewardship via improvement and innovation.
  • Negotiations should take place for teaming contracts, nondisclosure agreements, subcontracts, and personnel contracts.
  • In order to generate bills, teach people how to assess invoices and match shipments with the proper contract and pricing.
  • Make sure all shipments are checked, logged, and invoiced accurately.
  • Upholds the goals, objectives, quality-control measures, and safety standards that have been established.
  • Special initiatives require close collaboration with the Deputy General Counsel and the Assistant General Counsel.
  • Inquire about any issues or additional information needed for contract discussions and/or projects with the client.


  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously and attention to detail.
  • Expertise in developing commercial and technical visions; strategic thinking that is disciplined; analytical presentation and problem-solving skills; the ability to win over internal constituencies; and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with technical personnel, managers, and peers.
  • High school diploma or its equivalent plus four or more years of experience, or an associate’s degree plus two or more years of experience.
  • Accomplished at working in a fast paced, deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office suite components, as well as knowledge of databases and reporting software, are required.
