A Commercial Electrician is needed at our facility. Each activity relating to electrical equipment and circuitry shall be planned, laid out, and carried out by this person in its entirety. An electrical control panel technician is responsible for a wide range of electrical components such as motors and drives such as AC/DC motors, high-voltage circuits, and electrical control panels.

Qualifications:

• Prepare the layout, install, repair, or replace the electrical wiring, equipment, components, and fixtures utilizing hand tools and power tools; based on the work requirements, electrical drawings, and local regulations.
• In order to enhance a program’s curriculum and teaching techniques, a self-reflection process and self-evaluation process are employed. meets or exceeds the requirements set out by the state, as well as industry and professional norms applicable to the field.
• Identify student learning outcomes, build assessment techniques, and use findings to adapt teaching and materials with colleagues. Maintains high levels of expertise in the subject(s) and instructional methods.
• Plans, creates, and employs effective teaching techniques and resources that aid students in achieving course goals, are acceptable for students with various educational and experience backgrounds and learning styles, and motivate students to learn.
• In order to check the integrity of the circuit and make certain that all of the components are electrically compatible and safe, testers should make use of ohmmeters, batteries, buzzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Troubleshoots and resolves basic electrical wiring / circuitry issues, installs and repairs electrical equipment and wiring, roughs in feeders, branch circuit cables and circuits, splices electric or communication cables/trunk lines, and trims out (finishes) electrical devices.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all of the firm’s safety rules and reporting any breaches of company policies, procedures, and guidelines to your direct supervisor.
• Make use of a wide array of tools and equipment, including power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment such as circuit tracers, volt meters, meggers, proximity testers, and ohmmeters.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting on electrical systems, equipment, and components to locate potential risks, flaws, and areas that need modification or repair, as well as to guarantee conformity with applicable electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Plan new or changed installations so that there is as little waste of materials as possible, there is easy access for future maintenance, and there is no ugly, dangerous, or unreliable wiring. This should be done in accordance with specifications and local electrical codes.

Skills:

• Analyzing and interpreting written content Problem-solving skills in situations when there are several options. This position requires intermediate-level numerical and analytical skills.

• A minimum of seven years of experience working as a licensed electrician in addition to obtaining a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED). It is desirable that candidates have completed an official apprenticeship program. It is preferable if you have previous expertise with DDC and EMS.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components that operate at different voltage levels Commercial electrical expertise and a current driver’s license are also required.
• Needs to understand financial terms and concepts, as well as operating budgets. Ability to figure out percentages, discounts, and/or commissions, among other things. Simple financial analysis is done.
