  • The ability to lead employees in departmental operations, such as the delivery of instructions and training, the achievement of goals, the quick turnaround of tasks requested by upper management, and progressive discipline, is essential.
  • Receive raw supplies, transport completed items and organize both in the warehouse area as part of the warehouse function management
  • The entire strategy and execution of the supply chain management function, as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the company, fall under this responsibility.
  • Complaints, difficulties, and concerns should be communicated with consumers. Customer concerns about quality or production should be directed to the relevant management.
  • Managing the internal effort to build and maintain an effective and accurate physical inventory system, which includes ERP transaction correctness, physical inventory events, and cycle counting as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide analysis and analyze choices utilizing judgment. Expect succinct communication with top executives that highlights concerns and solutions with accompanying evidence.
  • work closely with your purchasing manager and the senior supply chain planning manager to ensure that you have enough inventory levels.
  • It is necessary to have abilities in project integration and planning, as well as communication and documentation skills, as well as the capacity to manage and prepare project team resource requirements in collaboration with cross-functional departments.


  • Experience and a thorough grasp of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in a manufacturing and distribution context; advanced capacity in balancing procurement, inventory management, and customer satisfaction within the ERP system settings
  • Knowledge of business and management concepts that are used in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, leadership approach, production processes, and the coordination of people and resources.
  • In order to effectively interact with people all over the globe and make choices and take action, it is necessary to have a thorough understanding of negotiating as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
