The CFO oversees, coordinates, and evaluates the financial aspects of the organization’s activities as a member of the Executive Team. Designs and implements systems for identifying and controlling income and expenses within the organization; consults with and advises the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Trustees on methods for increasing revenue and decreasing operational costs in relation to the organization’s overall goals and objectives, the market, and community needs.

Qualifications:

• Responsible for the Cooperative’s subsidiary integration, as well as the creation of consolidated financial reporting.

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is needed to start your career.
• Accounting ideas must be understood correctly.
• Maintain all banking relationships as needed, with the help of other accounting team members.
• It is recommended that you have direct financial and accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Microsoft Office Suite as well as ERP systems, especially Microsoft AX, are abilities which you must have.
• Together with the Finance Committee and the CEO, create a long-term financial plan.
• Someone who is a self-starter who can roll up their sleeves and get things done is essential. who is adaptable, motivated, and eager to collaborate with others.

Skills:

• It is actually recommended that you obtain a CPA certification.

• Financial accounting systems and databases should be familiarized with.
