  • Utilizes timeframes and scheduled content to provide a constant flow of new content for audience engagement, while assessing, maintaining, and altering schedules to optimize site visits.
  • Execute social material, from writing and design through posting and follow-up interaction directly with client teams, as well as aiding in the development of social content.
  • Assist with the daily monitoring and optimization of social advertising campaigns by calculating engagement metrics and creating weekly and monthly reports on the outcomes for a variety of clients.
  • Assist with the construction and upkeep of content calendars that include key themes, daily content, industry events, and other hot subjects.
  • Train people who work with social media in each of the customer’s departments on how to use the new social media platforms, Make interesting content for regional and policy initiatives that can be shared with certain missions and other outreach events as needed.
  • Identify important messaging or value propositions, provide strategic suggestions or provide guidance on specified efforts, and then convey your findings to the rest of the team.


  • A solid understanding of the social media ecosystem, including how insights, paid, earned, and owned social media all work together to share information, get people involved, and boost each other.
  • Ability to grasp social media and measure outcomes. Must be able to develop monthly dashboard reports and incorporate observations and suggestions. Strong writing and proofreading abilities; flawless spelling, grammar, punctuation.
  • Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media platforms may be effectively managed and used for marketing purposes. Experience working for a retail or lifestyle company is a benefit.
  • Ability to think outside the box when it comes to social media marketing in order to reach a large audience and achieve corporate goals.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms/reporting tools, graphic software, and fundamental SEO knowledge Operational expertise of Facebook APIs and apps is required. Experience with video promotion is preferred.
