Qualifications:

• Samples of new components should be tested for quality, and the results should be recorded.
• All testing procedures need to be backed up by thorough documentation, like data collecting sheets, logbooks for used equipment, and inventory lists.
• In order to ensure that all of the company’s quality standards are being met, it is necessary to perform random checks of the dimensions and surface quality of final product batches.
• Analyze test results in light of predetermined benchmarks and provide suggestions on whether or not the information should be made public.
• Oversees the collection and production samples to evaluate quality.
• Inspect all product returns, analyze the defect, and document the findings.
• Analyze in-progress products, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples on a regular basis and as needed.
• Check that all processes meet the required criteria set by the client and the quality standards in place.
• Interpret blueprints for the purpose of establishing customers’ critical needs and how they should be measured.
• performs regular tests in the lab and in the field. testing things and processes mechanically, measuring their dimensions, and observing their appearance.

Skills:

• Maintain open lines of communication with all departments, including technical, quality assurance, and others.
• Extremely high level of attention to detail and the ability to take initiative and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Work in a fast-paced atmosphere and be able to multitask.
• Having a minimum of three years’ experience in a managerial position as a quality manager or engineering manager
• Highly needed is a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or quality.
