The Office Supervisor will work as a member of the facilities team to manage a smooth front desk operation that supports staff and visitors in the Company’s HQ Welcome Center. The office manager’s duties will include managing the front desk and coordinating front desk coverage, providing staff and guest support, and supporting office events in general. Together with the Facilities Supervisor, the Office Manager also plans, manages, and coordinates the information and actions necessary to complete facilities projects successfully.

  • Ensures staff are engaged, appreciated, and motivated by communicating survey results, developing action plans, and tracking action plan progress.
  • Supervise team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and the achievement of departmental objectives.
  • Improve the efficiency of your office’s work flow by evaluating production, revising procedures, or devising new ways.
  • Responsible for successfully communicating rules, procedures, forms, updates, and requirements to all staff and providers.
  • Daily resource consumption is organized and planned to ensure a reliable and productive operation.
  • Oversees the observance of FHMG policies and procedures by all employees, especially those that do with data entry, insurance, licensing, and timekeeping.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to consistently improve the patient experience is your responsibility, along with motivating the employees to offer exceptional patient care.
  • Utilize training and education programs to encourage employees to enhance their performance and the quality of their work procedures.
  • Communicates with internal and external customers and suppliers as needed to build a common understanding and customer/supplier relationships.
  • You will be in charge of all aspects of hiring and training your staff as well as providing them with feedback on their performance.


  • A year of office experience is recommended.
  • Must be capable of independent work while exercising discretion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the capacity to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment are required.
  • Presented leadership and management abilities.
  • Capable of using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
