Qualifications:

• Discover how capital market solutions are tailored to specific customer needs and market conditions. Assist with the creation and execution of investment banking agreements, such as M&A advice, debt and equity transactions.
• Using a range of valuation methodologies, such as discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading comparables, and transaction comparables, perform extensive value studies.
• In order to enable transactions that are in compliance with the requirements of the policy, you should be able to show that you are proficient in the areas of accounting, capital markets, and corporate finance.
• Assist with the production of high-quality presentation materials that will be used in client meetings as well as internal transaction approvals. These materials will include themes such strategic options, activity in capital markets, and general corporate finance.
• Encourage an inclusive work environment in order to maintain our commitment to providing world-class service for all of our customers. To do market research on both publicly traded and privately held enterprises.
• Being able to set priorities while simultaneously working on many high-priority initiatives under the guidance of Associates and other senior bankers is critical. Effectively convey project status and importance to deal team members..
• Conduct syndicate process for debt mandates (finding investors, accumulating sales feedback, leading update calls with issuer, allocation, etc.), Ccultivate investor connections to facilitate the creation of fresh mandates (e.g. reverse inquiry)
• Work with bankers to launch debt transactions by providing them input on what investors desire and how the market is going. Work with the debt sales staff to get deals out, including decreasing the risks of underwritten agreements.
• Participate in M&A, capital formation, and other strategic advisory activities with top-tier bankers and clients. Based on the findings of quantitative and qualitative evaluations, presenting information.
• Create fundamental financial models for companies in order to monitor performance and credit patterns in support of advice and capital-raising operations. Exhibit strong attention to detail and the discipline to verify work to consistently create error-free and correctly structured material.

Skills:

• Organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking. Excel, PowerPoint, Word whiz Strong client presence and communication required.
• It is preferred that you have at least two years of experience in investment banking, credit risk, or a closely related subject. The ability to analyze and synthesize enormous volumes of data to provide consumers with novel solutions.
• You should have 10+ years of expertise in emerging market debt syndicate (or a similar sector) in investment banking with a bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an MBA.
• Successful applicants will be self-motivated and prepared to work long hours when required. Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities are a prerequisite. A thorough grasp of financial markets is anticipated.
• This product helps customers and executives communicate. Cross-product problem-solvers may combine current goods to meet customer needs.
