When a consumer needs your services, don’t be scared to bring them into your office for a free estimate or consultation. Provide property and casualty and life insurance products to consumers to help them secure their homes, their automobiles, and their future retirement incomes and enjoy a better quality of life.

Qualifications:

  • The use of consultative sales strategies in the selling of insurance and annuity products to people within a designated region, such as auto, home, and life. Using proven lead generation techniques to get new clients during a company’s first year
  • Proactively grow sales by establishing first contact, discussing policy aspects, and developing bids. Advice on risk management.
  • Advise prospective and existing policyholders on the best types of insurance to suit their individual needs. Creating and keeping business ties
  • Offer a wide range of insurance products, such as automobile, homeowner’s, and umbrella plans. Use networking to locate new consumers and produce lists of potential clients as part of your effort to grow your clientele and bring on more customers.
  • Assist in the protection of consumers by providing insurance and financial solutions that are tailored to their specific requirements. Review client insurance policies based on their requirements and make any necessary coverage adjustments.
  • Ask policyholders to deliver and explain policies, assess insurance programs, and suggest additions or revisions, or change beneficiaries. Customize insurance solutions for individuals and their risks.
  • To maintain a high level of customer retention and product loyalty, we must cultivate relationships based on trust with each of our users. Using phone calls, emails, and databases of potential clients may help a business enhance its sales revenue.
  • Learn the fundamentals of insurance and how to pitch our advantages to prospective consumers, quoting several policy kinds and policy forms and presenting numerous solutions to each customer depending on their specific requirements.
  • Sell auto, home, renters, and other personal lines of insurance while giving great customer service. Clients should be taught about auto, home, bike, and renter’s insurance.
  • Actively maintain a book of business to meet retirees’ demands, Respond to voicemails, chat inquiries, and consumer complaints within 24 hours.

Skills:

  • Rotating day/evening and weekend shifts are required for this position Any prior experience in the insurance industry would be an asset, but it’s not a need.
  • To be successful, one must have a real desire to improve oneself, be open to new ideas, and be ready to be coached. An insurance license for property and casualty is required, but not required to apply.
  • High school diploma (or GED) and similar job experience are desirable. The ability to sell is a must (preferably as a retail sales associate, telemarketing representative, or an outside sales representative).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully providing authentic communication in a way that is both professional and unwavering.
  • High level of professionalism, adaptability, and honesty, as well as the ability to perform well with minimum supervision while contributing to the overall success of the team, are all attributes that describe this individual.
