Job Description

The eCommerce Manager will define national and state market strategies to increase online sales and market acceptance of the Company’s eCommerce platform. He/she will work with suppliers, digital marketing, and sales leadership to design eCommerce initiatives for on- and off-premise clients. The eCommerce Manager will also communicate new features or opportunities to the delivery team, playing a critical role between suppliers, marketing, sales, and IT to produce eCommerce sales objectives that surpass financial expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Non-category specific tasks that fall within the team’s purview include Reward, Business Select, Credit, Community Investment, Deal Center, Deal of the Day, and all quarterly marketing campaigns. In addition, the team is responsible for ensuring that all customers get their rewards.
  • The creation of new publishing system processes, which include page and asset total inventory milestones, as well as workflows that are directly connected to the lifespan of pages and assets.
  • Develop a business-as-usual end state (that is, consolidation within the present team or residence inside a new team), including product load calendar, content marketing calendar, and performance marketing methods and budget.
  • Site Performance – creates an in-depth knowledge of the whole funnel. Adopts a multifaceted approach to website traffic, sales, conversions, and transaction size. Formulates plans; directs others to put them into action
  • To increase digital sales, you need to be involved in social media, paid advertising campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and making online campaigns.
  • Responsible for reporting on website performance and customer experience data, refining site operations, and developing sales growth initiatives.
  • Create new products, launch them, and engage in marketing by working with the many departments inside the organization to integrate company-specific tactics into those processes.
  • The Site Merchandising department is in charge of managing the teams who are responsible for product setup, visual merchandising, pricing, page manage, content and sale locations and events.
  • Serve as the point of contact and liaison for any technical functional problems with Google Analytics, Glassbox, and all on-site and app publishing platforms for both IT and internal analytics teams.
  • Attend training events, read professional magazines, and join professional organizations if you want to remain on top of the newest advances in your industry.

Skills:

  • Must have shown the ability to analyze data, summarize results, figure out the best course of action, and sell the suggestion. Portfolio management experience or work with or for key suppliers in a related field is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree from a college or university that offers a four-year program is desired, along with at least five years of experience working in a field that is closely related, or an equivalent mix of education and work history.
  • Knowledgeable and competent to advise clients and prospects on which solution may best meet their demands based on the company’s knowledge.
  • Good communication skills, organization, time management, analytical/problem-solving ability, flexibility, 3+ years of Microsoft Office
  • Accounting and P&L management, 5–8 years of experience in eCommerce/account management, knowledge of digital and eCommerce platforms, and experience managing vendors are all required.
