By keeping correct records of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, daily financial entries, and reconciliations in a fast-paced business, the bookkeeper will help to manage our financial data and compliance. The chosen individual will diligently do daily accounting responsibilities such general ledger entries, monthly financial reporting, and recording payments and adjustments.

  • Verifies and uploads information on business transactions, such as money received and paid out, inside a company division, and conducts a thorough audit of supporting papers.
  • Prepares written communications, reports, and maintains accounting-related files, logs, activity books, tables, coding guides, and automated databases.
  • Through managers and team members, ensures high performance, goal accomplishment, and quality of results.
  • Processing receivables, ensuring timely and correct charge entries, and preparing deposits are all responsibilities.
  • Assisting and aiding the Controller in the administration of accounting and bookkeeping processes
  • Assists in the evaluation and preparation of new systems or programs, as well as updates to current systems or programs, and offers technical assistance.
  • Ability to convey information to internal audiences and customer groups clearly and effectively.
  • Gathering support, keeping an eye on the bid process, assisting management with the appraisal of scope of work and specifications, and ensuring appropriate property upkeep are all part of the capital planning process.
  • Record financial and accounting transactions in different financial information systems.
  • Uploading statements into the subsidiary platform is part of the data input for commissions on direct bill orders.


  • Must be honest, flexible, and willing to work with others. Must have a strong work ethic and be eager to take on new tasks.
  • Self-motivated individual with an eye for detail, the ability to set priorities, and the ability to multitask.
  • One year of experience processing financial transactions in fields including accounting, auditing, payroll, or taxes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, business administration, economics, finance, business management, or comparable discipline.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, especially when interacting with those with technical and financial backgrounds.
