Qualifications:

• Observes and participates in project kick-off meetings and participates in the correct contract set up and contract execution.
• A process of verifying the information supporting Verizon’s payments to partners and submitting validated invoices for management approval and payment.
• Collaboration with stakeholders such as product marketing, sourcing, and accounting to understand the structure and operation of new goods, contractual conditions, and to offer advice on Cost Assurance needs and launch preparation.
• RPA, NLP, and BlockChain are some of the cutting-edge digital finance technologies being explored and actively contributing to the company’s development.
• Manage the weekly audit of time sheets. Data input for the month’s financials. Request and handle refunds from clients. Check the correctness of the monthly studio billing. Assist with SOX reporting on a monthly basis.
• For Cost Reimbursable, T & M, Fixed Price or Fixed Unit Price contracts, complicated invoices are prepared and sent on a monthly, bi-monthly (or frequent) basis, detailing amounts owing for products bought or services done.
• Incorporating revenue sharing and rating criteria in line with contractual commitments, managing partner questions and conflicts while providing research and data to back your decisions.
• Project set-up on new contracts, contract amendments, accrual status, and any adjustments required for proper bills are determined by working with Finance Analysts in conjunction with the Project Management team.
• Examining automation possibilities inside the new partner/product stack and establishing a link with payment and receipt systems.
• Billing cycle assistance for customers from start to end is what we do best (including refunds). Prepare financial software-based monthly billing packets for review by the account team. Client rules should be followed and any supporting documents should be sent to accounts payable. It is necessary to match up invoices and purchase orders. Prevent difficulties from arising by keeping an eye on your AR and WIP.

Skills:

• 3 years or more of experience in basic billing or accounting (advertising industry experience preferred but not required).
• Extremely good at transforming data into actionable insights, and very comfortable dealing with large datasets in MS Excel.
• Multitasking and smart judgment are required while dealing with a variety of assignments that have different deadlines and priority.
