The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organization is mission-driven, financially accountable, and that services are delivered efficiently and with high quality standards. • To efficiently carry out the association’s goals, direct the creation and execution of essential local operational policies, procedures, and programs, as well as management systems, controls, and standards.
• Each and every difficulty and action relating to finances, operations, people, and marketing must be reported to the board of directors in a timely and accurate way.

• Make sure the business plan for the organization is strong enough to make the most money for shareholders, in line with our cooperative principles.
