It is the main purpose of the Digital Director job to assist our team to accomplish or surpass their digital revenue targets via the use of a solution-based selling strategy. In charge of the design, execution, and optimization of digital goods and Agency services. Working in collaboration with the leadership team, identifies the marketing requirements of customers and incorporates them into a sales solution. Directs the launch, training, sales, and analysis of existing and future digital initiatives, as well as their analysis.

  • Check out the latest industry issues and trends, especially those related to usability and new technologies.
  • Determine the effectiveness of your efforts by analyzing website traffic, pay-per-click campaigns, search engine rankings, and other data sources.
  • Create short-form television and internet videos that will help us market our brand and increase website visitors.
  • Maintain a close working connection with media agency partners as their primary point of contact and relationship manager. Create media briefings to provide strong direction, evaluation, and further optimization of planned agency strategies.
  • Required experience working with internal and external teams, as well as vendors, on web and mobile design and development projects. Additional experience controlling and analyzing internet traffic is preferred.
  • Maintaining and improving our digital marketing activities is a responsibility that falls solely to you. This may include, but is not limited to, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media, and the website in its current or future configuration. The required consumer engagement objectives must be achieved across all of our digital platforms, and this is your responsibility.
  • Develop new administrative tools or improve existing ones for use both inside and outside the company.
  • Assist with digital program project management, including organic and paid media programs; handle numerous digital projects and work streams, including project planning, execution, and milestone reporting.
  • Deliver commercial value to end customers on a daily basis by streamlining the creation and delivery of new products using modern DevSecOps methods.
  • Oversee the development process, which includes scoping, defining, and presenting the project, having frequent status meetings, and managing and/or executing development from start to finish.


  • Being able to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling many tasks at the same time, working quickly and efficiently, and meeting deadlines while being calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in the use of contemporary web development technologies and methods, such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, APIs, Responsive Design, ASP.NET Web Forms and web services, and code versioning tools.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to rapidly comprehend and express technical topics and issues to a broad range of audiences in a digestible and entertaining way.
  • know how to conduct randomized control trials, A/B tests, and platform brand lift studies in digital media testing.
  • Preferably, you have 5-7 years of experience working in digital marketing for political campaigns, issue advocacy groups, or other marketing-related roles; however, you may start with less.
