Qualifications:

• Estimates in engineering may be made while also interpreting the requirements from the project manager. Documentation that is beneficial to technical end-users and comprehensively written should be your goal.
• Invest in blockchain technology research, design, development, and testing. Help to assess potential uses of new tools and technology as they continue to develop via brainstorming and other creative means.
• Constructing front-end interfaces for smart contracts using React.js, Next.js, and similar front-end frameworks, Training the team’s developers on blockchain development.
• Maintain and expand existing client- and server-side integration and business logic applications. Participate in the global blockchain community by implementing and integrating the most recent improvement recommendations.
• Control nodes may include the development of algorithms for staking and slashing, as well as key rotation, multi-signature validation, and administrative voting systems.
• Leverage cloud computing, microservices, and integration standards in the blockchain implementation. Construct a full-stack blockchain system that supports numerous asset kinds and protocols.
• Every day, design and build new features, enhancements, and updates to the essential subsystems. Provide fast fixes for issues with the company’s platform as needed.
• Review the source code of your colleagues’ projects to ensure its quality, safety, and performance. Determine the different ways in which the performance, speed, and accuracy of the present systems and processes might be improved.
• Examine the completeness and feasibility of the request and the business needs Diagnose and fix problems with production systems, including software developed by other teams.
• Review the work of the offshore team and provide recommendations and feedback to the Application Architect and the other developers involved. Provide input.

Skills:

• It is necessary to have a working knowledge of SOA and the ability to design apps utilizing this approach. The ability to construct large-scale J2EE applications in a BEA Weblogic environment using Java and at least seven years of expertise in the field
• A working knowledge of the prevalent security challenges that are inherent to blockchain development, Object-oriented programming experience, as well as familiarity with any applicable frameworks and technologies.
• REST, RESTful Web Services (REST), Restful Web Services (REST), and the Struts Framework are all Java EE technologies I’ve used on large-scale projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities functioning in a cross-functional team setting Working knowledge of the Agile technique
• a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a closely related discipline 2+ years’ experience in blockchain development Extensive knowledge in back-end development, algorithms, and data structure.
