Qualifications:

• Ensure that invoices are accepted by customers by checking their websites. Resolving any rejections or issues, promptly responding to consumer questions about billing or requests for bills.
• Support in the oversight of our spending system, conduct the necessary audits, and assist customers with matters pertaining to expenditures.
• Work with other departments to plan and implement enhancements to the billing and accounting systems.
• Perform administrative tasks include copying, filing, preparing and opening mail, answering phones, etc.
• Keeping track of invoice payment dates. After a client accepts and pays the invoice, the procedure is complete.
• It is your duty to make sure that the purchase order or contract amounts correspond to the estimates you get from the project support team on a job-by-job basis.
• Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files. Examines all invoices for the proper supporting paperwork and approval prior to payment.
• Work on finishing off the month with the staff. Including various account reconciliations, depreciation that is awarded, or account analysis.
• By examining contracts and making sure that customers are set up properly and charged in the billing system, you can make sure that invoicing is set up to adhere to Revenue Recognition and other Accounting Policies.
• All papers are supplied with an invoice based on the customer’s specifications, and all orders are invoiced on time.
