Qualifications:

  • General Office Administration- Handle a variety of office-related day-to-day chores required to support the Support Office’s seamless functioning, including but not limited to phone duties, filing & organizing, and general cleanup, among other things.
  • Administrative and clerical work must be done according to protocols and with minimal oversight.
  • Assist with administration and office support duties by keeping office records, employee files, and fielding routine questions about company policy.
  • In keeping with standard office procedures, please print, scan, and revise the documents. Construct facility-related paperwork and store it away.
  • Make use of the office’s technology, including the copier, printers, and computers, for things like word processing and making spreadsheets.
  • Keep an eye on the stock levels of office supplies (such as paper clips and stationery) and report any shortages.
  • Data entry, payroll, invoices, credits, inventory, billing, and production reporting are all examples of accounting functions that you can be tasked with performing throughout the fiscal year.
  • Manage client contacts and inquiries, as well as complaints, in a prompt and effective manner.

Skills:
