Qualifications:

• Maintain and repair automobiles in compliance with the requirements of the dealership. Explain mechanical diagnosis and fixes to service advisors and consumers in a non-technical way.
• To guarantee that the client is happy, do the work that is stated on the maintenance and repair orders. Find out what’s causing any problems, then fix them as soon as possible.
• Your directions on where to take your automobile to have it repaired will be given to you by the dispatcher. interaction with the spares department so that essential components may be obtained.
• while inspecting the car for additional issues that may need attention Safety regulations and procedures must be followed, and any accidents must be reported to a manager or supervisor at the earliest opportunity.
• Contact the Service Advisor directly so that clients may be kept up to date on the status of their order. Calculate how much time it will take to perform any further maintenance or repairs.
• The diagnosis and maintenance of car systems such as the engine, transmission and all of its subsystems such as the electrical steering, suspension, brakes and air conditioning are all part of this.
• Check the car for safety and service needs. Follow manufacturer and dealership guidelines when executing warranty repairs.
• Ensure that all of the equipment in the service area is operated in a secure manner. As soon as the project is over, you should record every piece of work that was completed. Abilities in mathematics at its most fundamental level are required.

• Basic maintenance, electrical, and drivability repair abilities and the ability to engage with service staff and management are also essential.
• An ASE certification is a plus, but not required, for those applying for the position. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of service technician experience and strong mechanical aptitudes.
