Conducts independent audits of ACG accounting, financial, and other systems and procedures to ensure their accuracy, compliance with established standards and regulations, data integrity, and internal security. Establishes the aim, scope, and processes of the audit. Plans and conducts audits with significant autonomy and independence. The audit’s results are documented. Examines irregularities and mistakes. Internal controls’ effectiveness is investigated. Prepares audit reports for management, including findings and recommendations for improvement. Provides management with guidance and procedures for implementing new or revised controls.

Qualifications:

• Supervisory help is provided to lower-level field auditors from a distance.
• In accordance with departmental goals and objectives, collect a substantial percentage of unallowable costs/improper payments.
• It will be included in the draft and final audits.
• A bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• A record of the audited company’s evaluation, assessment, and interpretation of its financial and compliance records is required.
• As instructed by the Audit Manager, promptly deliver the results of the audit.
• Check to see if the administrative and financial controls are appropriate.
• Professional judgment is used to carry out intricate audit processes.
• Accept accurate action plans from the auditee after receipt and analysis.
• At both pre- and post-audit meetings, present the audit findings.
