An Executive Producer’s job is to ensure that all video, photography, and multi-media deliverables are developed, shot, and edited to meet or exceed the agency’s standards for creative quality, budget, and timeline. This entails securing materials and managing the activities of both in-house team members (such as creative directors and editors) and external contractors/partners (such as directors and production companies) across several, parallel workstreams. The ideal applicant will be able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams (such as project management, account management, and creative) and external partners.

Qualifications:

• You’ll be in charge of finding and hiring freelance producers as needed.
• manages the production schedules of all producers serving the regional market.
• Participates in and supports new business initiatives by managing bookings and arranging production sessions.
• Routinely have staff meetings and one-on-one chats with producers to talk about the newscasts.
• Collaboration with producers and the imaginative staff is essential to the achievement of company objectives.
• Work together with the digital desk to locate and distribute appropriate material across all channels.
• Collaborate closely with authorized alignment teams to establish annual scopes for clients that take into account both production volume and projected expenditures.
• in charge of new producer training and mentorship, as well as providing ongoing assistance for their professional development.
• The EP role is a working producer role, and the EP will be expected to produce jobs based on volume.
• provides the data and assistance required by the client engagement teams. assigns tasks for local production based on what’s available in the Integrated Production task queue.
