Qualifications:

• Co-operate with strategy and creative teams, product designers, motion designers, as well as the manufacturing team and suppliers, in order to guarantee that the creative concept is successfully implemented.
• In responsibility of ensuring that the company’s strategy and brand goals are realized while working with partners across the Creative, Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Affiliate divisions as well as other departments, among other responsibilities.
• Before any samples are manufactured, the designer closely monitors the whole process to guarantee that the product is at its optimum.
• Manage the creation of a library of visually stunning, customer-focused assets for usage in a range of areas such as advertising, marketing, and product development.
• Our brand guidelines (typefaces, materials, and color schemes) must be maintained as we grow and add new services.
• Ensure that the efforts you lead go above and beyond their planned goals, and that they unearth additional opportunities inside the client’s company.
• Demonstrate fearlessness in the face of the unknown, as well as a love for bringing order to chaos via the investigation of design. While working on several projects, you will be able to conceptualize and contribute on campaign concepts and experiences alongside Creative Directors.
• come up with innovative design ideas, you’ll need to have some courage and some foresight.
• It is imperative that our Design staff is engaged and excited by the work they do, and that it serves as a model for other designers.
• It is your job to provide business advice to clients and coworkers on how to solve difficulties while also meeting the needs of the company’s brand and its customers. Work closely with our in-house Creative Department as well as our in-house Project Management Team and Account Management Team.

Skills:

• A body of work that demonstrates a strong interdisciplinary approach to design and visual solutions across the disciplines of digital, experiential, retail, product/service design, and narrative.
• A background in digital, social, or new media campaigns focused on design is necessary.
• Flexibility and self-assurance are essential for anybody who wants to work in any industry, with every kind of consumer, from any location (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond). A fast learner who can jump on the tools to assist the team when necessary.
• Having a good grasp of how creativity can help businesses meet their goals while still adhering to and encouraging their brand’s aesthetic and communication standards is important.
• The ability to skillfully blend font, color, and composition in order to satisfy branding and marketing objectives is clearly shown through a strong portfolio.
