Job Description

A creative director’s job is to ensure that our new and existing products’ brand equity is established or maintained via the use of creative principles and innovative approaches. This role contributes to the department’s overall efforts and strategic vision by leading and mentoring a team of design professionals (graphic designers, industrial designers, photographers, illustrators, etc.) and by taking part in multidisciplinary cross-functional teams (strategists, marketers, copywriters, etc.). It also commonly works with outside partners including agencies, freelancers, and consultants. The Artistic Director will speak with senior management about critical projects with self-assurance and humility. The role of creative director requires someone who can defend their work while also being open to new ideas and criticism. Your ability to articulate your vision both orally and graphically will determine how successful you are in this role. Individuals interested in this position should be at ease and eager to participate in creative, fast-paced settings including group brainstorming and workshop settings.

  • Discusses with the team’s other creative members and provides feedback on their work; also responsible for training and advising less experienced employees.
  • keeps the stock’s visual identity consistent across translations and allows for further branding. The appropriate brand assets (identity guidelines, etc.) are stored, preserved, and disseminated.
  • Explore the creative sector, and make sure you’re up to date on all the latest trends and innovations.
  • helps the internal creative department’s overall efforts by supplying creative projects with a strong, well-defined creative strategy.
  • Takes an active part in brand briefings; both accepts and challenges alternative approaches depending on the company’s creative strategy.
  • Establishes budgets, deadlines, and deliverables in collaboration with the Account Management lead and department leadership, and ensures compliance with financial constraints.
  • Delivers expert client presentations that are engaging, succinct, and direct, supported by a solid argument and strategy, in a manner that is clear, simple, and convincing visually.
  • Maintains a state of innovative excellence by careful attention to detail.
  • Provides support to the firm’s internal and external partners in representing the governance and equity of core brands; serves as an unwavering equity champion to ensure the consistent presentation of the brand.
  • Ensures timely and informative communication takes place between the creative function and business partners.


  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of package creation, including but not limited to the most typical elements, processes, and costs.
  • Master’s Degree in design, advertising, or communications plus 6 years of graphic design, communications, or advertising experience to include package design experience reflecting increasing levels or responsibility.
  • Expert at staying calm under pressure and dealing with change and multitasking.
  • Skilled at conceiving and executing design strategies, as well as refining designs at every stage of their lifecycle.
  • proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and the Apple Macintosh operating system.
