Qualifications:

• Strive to enhance our brand guidelines (typography, materials, and color schemes) in all of our touch points on a continuous basis.
• Work with our Design Team to come up with project ideas and management approaches that will help them create work that they will enjoy and be inspired by, while also acting as a model for other designers to aspire towards in their own projects.
• Manage the creation of a collection of visually stunning, customer-focused assets for usage in a range of areas such as advertising, marketing, and product design.
• In this role, you’ll help clients and coworkers understand how to solve business problems while also meeting brand and customer expectations. As a member of our team, you’ll have direct access to our creative directors, strategists, project managers, and account executives.
• To ensure that the product is as excellent as possible before the samples are made, the designer manages the whole process in a personal and participatory manner.
• In responsibility of ensuring that the company’s strategy and brand goals are realized while working with partners across the Creative, Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Affiliate divisions as well as other departments, among other responsibilities.
• Show a willingness to take chances and an enthusiasm for design exploration. Construct campaign thoughts and ideas with the assistance of creative directors while working on a wide range of projects
• Guarantee that the projects you are in charge of continue beyond their intended scopes, and find further possibilities inside the client’s organization
• Assist strategists, creative teams, product designers, motion designers, and production teams and suppliers in executing the creative vision perfectly.
• With boldness and a clear vision for the future, explore forward-thinking design solutions and advocate concepts that defy conventional thinking.

Skills:

• Having a good grasp of how creativity can help businesses meet their goals while still adhering to and encouraging their brand’s aesthetic and communication standards is important.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on design, in the context of integrated initiatives including digital, social, or new media.
• The ability to employ color, typography, and design elements in a way that is pleasing to the eye and does not overpower the message
• Self-confident in any company, with any kind of consumer, and everywhere in the world (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond). able to hop on tools as required to help the team. capable of assisting the team.
• Digital, retail, product/service and narrative projects in this portfolio demonstrate a well-rounded interdisciplinary approach to design and visualization.
