Qualifications:

• Provide timely and accurate information and assistance to all stakeholders engaged in the mortgage financing process.
• You can turn prospective customers into qualified leads by following up with them often, streamlining your interactions with them, and incorporating them into your sales funnel.
• Consolidate the paperwork for homebuyers to ensure a smooth transaction and great sales experience.
• Checks should be made on a weekly basis to ensure that all empty listings are in the best possible condition before showings. Make sure that everything is in order and clean, or inform the Listing Coordinator about any problems that could need further attention.
• Prospects should be followed up with through email, phone, and other means of contact in order to be added to the sales funnel and produce qualified leads, Prospective purchasers should be sought out and presented with information on properties that match their specifications, both in terms of features and price.
• If you want a flawless transaction, make sure your customers have everything they need in writing before you begin working with them. In order to secure a successful closing, act as a middleman between the buyer and the seller
• After bad weather or high winds, check all vacant listings to make sure they are still standing, Checking all lots at least once a month to see if any repairs are needed
• Attend open houses to meet potential buyers and expose them to the local real estate market. Check in with the Listing Coordinator to identify the day’s goals and tasks.
• Assist purchasers in selecting mortgages that are within their price range and ensure that the home buying process runs smoothly.
• Fostering connections that allow us to connect with our customers and produce more sales is a priority. Consult with the prospective buyer and seller of the house to determine their requirements and preferences for a dwelling, and then search for a property that best satisfies those requirements.

Skills:

• Able to handle physical tasks such as climbing ladders and stairs, crossing embankments for sign installation, moderate to heavy lifting, and furniture and sign assembly.
• Ability to connect with a diversity of personalities Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Independent and self-motivated, Professional in attitude and appearance
• Experience in the area of sales is necessary, as is good standing with the local Realtor board or the capacity to rapidly transfer a license from an inactive agent to an active one.
• Must hold a valid Real Estate License, A track record of successful real estate transactions, Knowledge of the local real estate market circumstances and present real estate trends
• Communicate with clients using mediums such as the phone, email, and other social media sites. Informing consumers about the most recent developments in the real estate industry is essential. Pay attention to both the buyer’s and the seller’s goals.
