Job Description

An Assistant Project Manager is needed to assist in the management of projects. As a result of this position, the selected candidate will be expected to handle all aspects of day-to-day operations with the owners’ representatives, subcontractors, and our own employees involved in projects.

  • The assistant project manager is in charge of leading and managing projects that have been given to them in a timely, efficient, and profitable manner.
  • Responsibility for project success, including safety, schedule, profitability, and quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Proposals and budgets are part of this role, as are regular meetings with clients to seek their input, as well as the collection of client feedback.
  • Provides feedback to estimators for use in future bidding or negotiations, especially subcontractor performance evaluations.
  • Assist PM in the execution and management of projects, as well as the coordination and collaboration of team members.
  • In order to ensure that the work orders indicated in the Statement of Work are fulfilled, manage, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors (SOW). Convert the needs into operational plans after determining them.
  • Participate in the effective communication and management of performance required to accomplish the objectives of the company, the department, the team and the project.
  • Manage the entire workflow of a specific project once client has approved scope, cost and timeframe
  • Our clients and regulatory authorities expect us to provide quality control/quality assurance that is in accordance with our company and department standards.
  • Participates in client meetings, special award programs and handles resolution of client service problems in a professional manner.


  • With the completion of an authorized management program and a degree in business or comparable relevant experience.
  • Capability to lead and supervise others.
  • 5+ years of experience and shown team leadership.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities and the ability to adapt to changing work environments are necessary.
  • MS Office apps proficiency (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
