To join the company, we are looking for independent Portfolio Managers. The main point of contact with the client is the portfolio manager. They will be extremely well-versed in complex wealth management techniques and investment tactics. The ideal applicant will have substantial experience in impact/mission-related investing. The portfolio manager is in charge of fostering the growth of new client relationships while also preserving the current ones. Managing the client’s wealth management services delivery is one of the responsibilities. This will entail working in coordination with the customer’s other advisors and keeping up constant communication with the client. A group of client support staff, including analysts and administrators, will also be under the direction of this job as they provide investment management, tax, financial planning, and other important financial services.

  • By measuring management’s output against predetermined standards, we can give our clients better understanding of the primary proponents and detractors.
  • Confidence in discussing estate planning with clients and coordinating the use of internal and external resources to achieve their goals.
  • A full understanding of the client’s entire financial and family situation is necessary for the development of an investment and financial strategy based on goals.
  • Provide advice to individuals and family foundations to help them realize their mission and impact investing objectives.
  • the ability to ascertain client investing objectives by considering factors such as risk tolerance, desired asset allocation, and required level of liquidity.
  • Whether or not rebalancing is required is assessed on a quarterly basis by comparing the asset allocation to the policy and objectives.
  • Learn to communicate effectively with your clients’ tax advisors and coordinate income tax planning.
  • Planning for retirement, taxes, and your legacy personal interactions with advisors like lawyers, accountants, etc.
  • works with each client to produce an individualized investment policy statement (IPS) that takes into account the latter’s unique investing objectives, constraints, and comfort zone.
  • Build up your client’s confidence and trust so that you may talk about their money problems and give answers.


  • exposure to the world of finance, specifically risk management, subprime lending, portfolio analysis, and related fields.
  • Be well-versed in all aspects of wealth management, including the products, services, and processes that surround the field of investment.
  • Capable of conveying and expressing ideas in both written and conversational media.
  • 15 years of experience in the field, or a comparable mix of education and experience, is required. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in a relevant field (such as investments, finance, law, accounting/tax, economics, business administration).
  • experience with data mining, data architecture, and data integration is a must.
