Job Description

We’re looking for a somebody that can lead our office while also being a positive presence for our employees. You will be the first point of contact for any problems that emerge in the areas of office administration and upkeep, and you will aid in the day-to-day running of the office.

  • Performs bookkeeping duties such as invoicing, receiving payments, and balancing accounts for a branch.
  • Handles inquiries from the general public about the department’s offerings and occasionally makes recommendations to upper management on how to improve certain aspects of the department’s operations.
  • Manage all aspects of the workplace, including the recruiting and supervision of office personnel and the scheduling of secretaries and conference room assistants (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
  • Types letters and reports, handles paperwork, answers question, provides information, refers clients, and schedules appointments are just some of the sophisticated clerical activities you’ll be responsible for.
  • Organize and run frequent office events, such as client and company development events and charitable-related activities, as well as meetings with personnel.
  • You’ve been a part of several projects at the company that aim to improve the level of service given to both internal and external clients because you work on the administrative operations team.
  • controls things that involve workers, like employee evaluations and time-keeping.
  • Carries out a variety of secretarial, administrative, clerical, accounting, and support duties.
  • Maintain the building’s operations, communicate with tenants and tenants’ representatives, and serve as the local property management’s point of contact.
  • Keep the office safe from intruders and up to date with the firm’s legal business continuity obligations.

  • Seven years of managerial experience in a medium- or large-sized professional services organization is required, along with a bachelor’s degree.
