Qualifications:

  • Monitors wellness and safety processes and rules, raises awareness, and reports safety problems to the GM.
  • Inspections of the hotel’s public spaces are performed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in order to spot any potential hazards or difficulties with cleanliness.
  • Immediately after arriving at work, look over the guest service record and identify any problems or concerns that need to be resolved.
  • Coordinates daily operations of employees within a specified set of restaurants or points-of-sale, and assists the GM/F&B Multi-Unit Manager I in managing
  • Responsible for supply chain and fulfillment site metrics Managing overall performance and integrating individual and team performance to supply chain and fulfillment objectives.
  • Hire, fire, promote, or otherwise alter the position of coworkers in the department by conducting interviews and making recruiting and firing decisions.
  • Keep in touch with property owners and establish yourself as an expert on their properties so that you can guarantee they are kept in good shape.
  • Makes use of one’s own discretion and one’s own judgment in order to handle queries and difficulties raised by customers and associates, and chooses when to submit more complicated situations to higher level executives
  • Some of the tasks of this role include managing team leaders in order to delegate decision-making to front-line employees and to inspire improvements in the creative process.
  • Progress toward unit objectives is tracked via the analysis of financial and operational information as well as the assignment of tasks to other members of the team.

Skills:

  • You need to know how to use Windows, Power Point, and Microsoft Office software, and it’s best if you also know how to use Event Management and Maintenance Management software.
  • Requires the ability to communicate, understand, and interpret directions, brief letters, and policy papers.
  • A thorough understanding of all relevant national, state, and municipal sanitary, safety, and health standards, as well as all of the processes and protocols necessary to comply with HACCP requirements
  • Capability to work shifts throughout different operating days and hours each week, including during restaurant opening, during busy day parts, and during restaurant closing, in order to monitor the work activities of restaurant employees during these distinct days and times.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in customer service is necessary, with expertise in the hotel sector being preferable. A degree or certificate in hospitality management, business administration, or a similar discipline is required.
