The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager and oversees designated operational divisions. The AGM promotes a “one team” mentality across all venue departments and contractors. The function involves optimizing income, monitoring budget spending, and delivering excellent service to internal and external customers. Improving the facility’s reputation and high standards leads to excellent customer experiences.

  • Utilizes discretion and judgment to address customer and associate inquiries and concerns, and selects whether to escalate more complicated matters to higher-level executives.
  • Conducts interviews for available jobs and decides on hiring, dismissing, advancement, promotion, and other status changes.
  • Engage in proactive communication with property owners and establish yourself as an expert on their properties to increase the likelihood that they will keep their rental units tidy, well-maintained, and well-cared for.
  • Analyzes financial and operational data and reports to keep track of progress toward unit objectives and assigns coworkers to meet those aims.
  • Coordinates daily operations of employees within a specified set of restaurants or points-of-sale, and assists the GM/F&B Multi-Unit Manager I in managing
  • Responsible for the talent management of team leaders, with the goal of driving decision-making to front line employees and encouraging creative process improvements
  • Monitors wellness and safety processes and rules, raises awareness, and reports safety problems to the GM.
  • Manager of Supply Chain and Fulfillment Operations at a certain location In charge of overall performance management and aligning individual and team performance to supply chain and fulfillment objectives
  • If there are any concerns or issues that need to be addressed, look over the guest service record as quickly as possible.
  • Routinely inspects the public areas of the hotel, identifying and fixing any possible safety risks and resolving cleanliness concerns.


  • Knowledge of all relevant federal, state, and municipal sanitary, safety, and health regulations, as well as all HACCP-compliant processes and protocols
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively with clients, as well as read and grasp instructions, brief communications, and policy papers.
  • If you have a degree in hotel management or a similar discipline, you’ll need at least three years of customer service experience; expertise in the hospitality business is a big bonus.
  • Working shifts throughout the week so that you may keep an eye on the actions of your coworkers at various times of the day and night.
  • Knowledge with the operating system Windows, the presentation program Power Point, and the office suite Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with Event Management and Maintenance Management Software is preferable.
