Job Description

To create and manage financial records using journals, ledgers, and/or computers, we need a general accountant to categorize, code, and summarize numerical and financial data. Financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports and tables should be created, managed, audited, and distributed.

Qualifications:

• Cost guidelines for the federal and state governments are well known.
• Account reconciliations and general ledger adjustments.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is required, as well as relevant work experience.
• Paylocity’s system is used to examine and handle biweekly payroll.
• The monitoring of grant earnings and spending along with monthly billing improve the grant administration function.
• Work with the staff at the Club, the development team, and the vendors and service providers.
• Daily recording procedures, month-end closing, and the deployment of sufficient internal controls are all necessary for the financial statements to be accurate and complete.
• Process payments to internet vendors once a week.
• General accounting experience ranging from three to five years is required.
• If you had previous Oracle ERP experience, it would be advantageous.

• The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• The ability to juggle a number of competing priorities and keep moving forward productively.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation abilities are required for this position.
• Cooperation with people in different locations and time zones
• Superior proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office software is required.
