We’re looking for a Digital Content Manager to join our team. You’ll be in charge of curating, uploading, and editing original material on assigned online domains, as well as supporting any web-related components of Company communications initiatives as needed. Building and maintaining connections with content suppliers in Company business divisions, external contractors or agencies, and colleagues on the web team and throughout Integrated Marketing in regard to assigned online domains. Responsible for adhering to the Company’s brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, and any necessary science, legal, or other evaluations.

- In order to keep the information provided on all of the websites to which it is supplied current, accurate, and relevant for the intended audience, relies on outside resources such as editorial and scientific teams (for example, researchers).
- Ensures that message and digital content are aligned with the vision and strategy for assigned websites as well as the goals expressed by relevant business units, Integrated Marketing, and the Company as a whole. Makes it their goal to become a subject matter expert and a resource of first resort in the areas of emphasis that they have been allocated.
- Exhibit and demonstrate the importance of building a diverse, egalitarian, and inclusive workplace. Assists and participates in the creation and maintenance of a workplace that supports creativity and innovation.
- Retains good working relationships with workers and other digital support professionals (including suppliers) in the production of digital content and participation in online programs. Be a part of all departmental meetings, team meetings, and one-on-one meetings.
- Regularly analyzes digital trends and outcomes, engaging in weekly and quarterly metrics analysis and reporting for clients and leadership. Understands data and trends at all three levels of the user journey funnel (acquisition, engagement, conversion) and takes measures to accelerate progress at all three levels. Uses this data in close coordination with web team leaders and colleagues, business unit customers, and the Integrated Marketing team to constantly improve website content and quality.
- As the site’s manager and main point of contact, you will be in charge of all aspects of website development, content publication, updates, upgrades, operations, and reporting.
- Responsible for the whole content lifetime, including the update management and retirement process, beginning with the scoping of needs and ending with the execution of content updates across all websites, including new product launches and messaging.
- The primary goal of this position is to produce high-quality, unique content for online distribution in order to enhance the overall user experience. People that fill out an intake form or use other methods may ask you questions in order to complete this assignment. Website-related technologies including blogs, patient forums, and interactive tools are necessary for this activity. Sitecore is one of these technologies.
- This person is willing to accept and assist numerous one-off web team projects, such doing quality assurance tests on websites or software following updates. to enhance and improve online content inventory, when required or requested, undertake audits of digital content or gap studies of digital data
- May align workflow and production review to meet deadlines, make sure the content is good, and meet the needs of the audience. Help with content to get sponsors or keep them. Tells the leadership team about digital capabilities and limitations.
- proven expertise in designing, administering, and maintaining dynamic data-driven pages and websites as well as knowledge with Content Management Systems built on Drupal, HTML/CSS/DHTML/PHP programming.
- Proven expertise managing a large-scale website using an enterprise Content Management System (CMS), including structure, navigation, templates, modules, pages, and content (Episerver preferred).
- A proven ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in several contexts, including but not limited to working with suppliers, sponsors, internal groups, and the general public online.
- As a result, they have a deep understanding of how to use social media sites such as LinkedIn and Twitter to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or comparable discipline desirable; 3+ years managing digital/web project management; expertise of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and content optimization.
