  • Special measures, such as evacuating the building, lockdowns, and other security issues, are included in the visitor sign-in and facility management protocols.
  • Evaluation of subordinates’ performance based on job requirements and discussion with subordinates
  • Examining the internal standards and procedures are the departments of Technical Services, Human Resources, Accounting, and Information Technology (IT).
  • Finish and send in reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: timekeeping, injury management, attendance, and change of status requests.
  • Confirmation of adherence to the Site Manager’s policy and procedure guide in the handling of all items of daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation Facilitates the development of commercial relationships with non-company suppliers and helps to negotiate terms such as pricing, inventory, service and return rights.
  • Interviewing and recruiting, training, coaching, motivating, assessing, establishing and altering work hours, resolving team member complaints and grievances, punishing team members, planning and directing team members’ work, and so on are all part of direct reporting staff management and development.
  • Assists in the creation of employee schedules, the recording of hours worked by the whole staff, including overtime hours, and the monitoring of Schedule E hours. Early or late clock-ins or clock-outs that result in unlawful overtime are monitored and reported to the Site Manager.
  • Keep an accurate and comprehensive inventory of all corporate materials, supplies, equipment, and tools under his/her control that are required for effective job-related activities.
  • Exhibit great communication and interpersonal abilities, including the capability to encourage and influence others as well as the capacity to interact with persons whose personalities vary from mild to extreme.
  • Assists in the proactive monitoring of licenses and certificates (including CPR certifications) of workers, as well as monitors the Expiring, in order to ensure that active licenses and certifications are purchased prior to current licenses and certifications reaching their expiration dates.


  • Working understanding of computers and technology (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word) is required, as is the ability to wear personal protective equipment and work in regions with extreme temperature changes (e.g., -40°F to 140°F).

  • An advanced degree in a technological field Having an associate’s degree in the relevant field with an additional two (2) or four (4) years of work experience may satisfy the bachelor’s degree requirement. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in the CH/MH-53E.
