We are searching for an enterprising Assistant Site Manager to supervise all parts of a fast-paced lawn and garden goods manufacturing operation. Monitoring daily key point measurements, safety, manufacturing flow, and material prices are all part of the job. The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for the bottom line performance in this function.

Qualifications:

• Complete and submit reports accurately and on schedule, including timekeeping, injury management, attendance, and Change of Status requests (if applicable).
• Scheduling help, monitoring of Schedule E hours, and keeping track of all hours worked by the whole workforce, including overtime hours. Any instances of illegal overtime caused by workers clocking in or out too early or too late should be reported to the Site Manager.
• Watching building visitors, sign-in processes, and building activity, including evacuations, lockdowns, emergencies, and safety measures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills must be shown, including the ability to encourage and convince people as well as deal with a variety of different personality types.
• Compliance with all corporate processes and rules, including Technical Services and General Customer Service.
• Manage an accurate and complete inventory of the company’s commodities, supplies, equipment, and tools that are under his or her control and essential for the successful completion of job-related duties.
• Assists with proactive monitoring of staff licenses and certificates (including CPR certifications) and monitors expiration to ensure active licenses and certifications are acquired before existing ones expire.
• Interviewing and recruiting, training, coaching, motivating, assessing, establishing and altering work hours, resolving team member complaints and grievances, punishing team members, planning and directing team members’ work, and so on are all part of direct reporting staff management and development.
• Conduct an assessment of the performance of the workers who report to him or her based on the criteria of performance specified in the job description, and then have a conversation with the employee about the review.
• The guidelines for daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation provided by the Site Manager are adhered to. Pricing and stock negotiations may be made more official via the use of commercial agreements with non-company suppliers.

Skills:

• A four-year college degree in a suitable technical field is needed. Instead of a bachelor’s degree, you might use an associate’s degree in a comparable field, together with either an extra two or four years of relevant work experience. A minimum of five years of experience flying the CH/MH-53E is required.
• It is needed that you have a working knowledge of computers and technology (Outlook, Excel, and Word), as well as the capacity to operate in high-temperature situations (-40 degrees Fahrenheit to 140 degrees Fahrenheit) while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
• A high school diploma or an education comparable to a high school diploma is required.
