Candidates must be skilled at developing and leading high-functioning teams (offshore and onshore), designing and building enterprise-grade, highly scalable, secure products, and inventing technological solutions based on blue-sky commercial prospects.

Qualifications:

• Assess the offshore team’s programs and offer feedback to the Application Architect and other developers.
• Maintain and enhance client- and server-side integration and business logic applications. Work on implementing and integrating the newest blockchain upgrade recommendations.
• Blockchain technology must be researched, designed, developed, and tested. As new tools and technology emerge, brainstorm and help assess uses for them.
• Code should be reviewed by other programmers to ensure its quality, safety, and performance. Enhance the efficiency, speed, and precision of the technologies and processes that are already in use.
• Participate in the daily design and execution of essential subsystems for new features, improvements and revisions, On-demand hot patches for key problems and support for the enterprise platform as required
• It is possible to construct front-end interfaces for smart contract apps by using frameworks like as React.js, Next.js, and others. Serve as a guide for the team developing the blockchain.
• Estimate engineering costs by figuring out what the project manager wants, Write complete and helpful documentation for technical end-users.
• Determine whether or whether the information requested by an application or by an organization is thorough and practical. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with production systems, including apps produced by other teams.
• Leverage cloud computing, microservices, and integration standards in the blockchain implementation. Construct a full-stack blockchain system that supports numerous asset kinds and protocols.
• Develop algorithms for staking and slashing, key rotation, multi-signature validation and administrative voting mechanisms to manage nodes.

Skills:

• Proven expertise in Enterprise Application Architecture, including OOD, design patterns, data modeling, messaging, session, Java Serialization, Java persistence, XML, JSON, SOAP, SOA, JavaMail, Web Services, Restful Web Services, Struts framework, and related Java EE technologies.
• Computer science, information security, or a relevant bachelor’s degree is required. a minimum of two years of experience developing blockchains, Data structures, algorithms and back-end programming are all areas of expertise for this person.
• SOA and application development experience At least 7 years of Java programming expertise in a BEA Weblogic environment.
• Familiarity with the common security problems that come with developing blockchains, Object-oriented programming experience and knowledge of relevant frameworks and technologies.
• Strong abilities in both verbal and nonverbal communication and in interacting with others collaborating across departments as part of a multi-disciplinary team, Work experience using the iterative and incremental Agile technique
